Sind Armut und Gewalt in Afrika überhaupt zu überwinden? Wenn ja, was können die Afrikaner selber für sich tun, bevor sie Hilfe von außen verlangen? Die Wurzel der Probleme der Armut ist Identitätskrise des afrikanischen Volks.
Abstract

Poverty and Violence threat the whole of Africa especially Sub-Saharan Africa. The root of these and other problems that besiege that continent is to be found in the crisis of identity of Africans. Hence a solution to the problems of poverty and violence will have to begin with a definition of African values.
