Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit Möglichkeiten der Organisierung und der Kämpfe illegalisierter Migrant_innen innerhalb eines spezifischen Migrationsregimes. Dabei werden zwei Bewegungen der Sans Papiers in Paris beleuchtet (Bewegung von Saint Bernard 1996 und die Streikbewegungen „L’acte I“ und „L’acte II“, 2008-2010) und mit Hilfe von qualitativen Interviews und Literatur zu dem Thema entlang von drei Achsen analysiert: die Achse der Strategien und Taktiken, die der Bündnispolitik und die der dominanten ideologischen Tendenzen. Bei der Beleuchtung des Zusammenspiels der drei Ebenen werden die Entscheidungsfindungsprozesse innerhalb der Bewegungen, Überlegungen zu spezifischen Aktionsformen des Widerstandes, die Unterstützer_innen der Sans Papiers sowie die dominanten Ideologien der Bewegungen diskutiert. Der Anspruch, den Fokus auf illegalisierte Migrant_innen als handelnde Subjekte zu lenken und deren Widerstand und Wirkungsmacht bei der Ausgestaltung eines Migrationsregimes aufzuzeigen, beinhaltet zugleich die Auseinandersetzung mit Problemen und Widersprüchen, auf die die kollektiven Kämpfe der Sans Papiers gestoßen sind. Die Arbeit zeigt, an welche Aspekte des aktuellen postfordistischen Migrationsregimes Frankreichs Sans Papiers anknüpfen, um für ihre Rechte zu kämpfen.

The organization and the struggles of illegalized immigrants, their range of possibilities within a specific regime of migration, are represented in two sans papiers movements in Paris; the movement of Saint Bernard 1996, and the strikes, “L’acte I” and “L’acte II”, of 2008-2010. I suggest conceptualizing the movement, using qualitative research interviews and literature, by distinguishing between three axis-of-analysis: the strategies and tactics used by the movements, the political alliances, and the dominant ideologies. By illustrating the interplay of the three levels with each other I will determine the dominant ideologies of the movement, specify the ways in which decisions were made, and summarize considerations made on specific modes of action. The deliberate emphasis on sans papiers as performing subjects implicates sans papiers’ agencies in the configuration of a certain regime of migration. Similarly, I explore the problems and contradictions faced by their struggles. This paper scrutinizes specific aspects of the postfordistic regime of migration in France that sans papiers refer to when struggling for their rights.
