Diese Arbeit dreht sich um das Phänomen der Berühmtheiten, im Speziellen um die neuen Formen, die sich in der Postmoderne herauskristallisiert haben. Diese neuen Formen werden am Beispiel von Paris Hilton, der reality TV show Big Brother sowie des Filmes "To Rome with Love" von Woody Allen im Detail analysiert. Die Hauptthese lautet, dass Warhol's 15 Minuten Ruhm mit Hilfe der Medien für viele Realität werden.
Abstract

This thesis deals with the new forms of the celebrity including those people who are famous for being famous. Being a result of postmodernism, these new forms are analyzed by means of the examples of Paris Hilton, the reality TV show Big Brother and Woody Allen's movie "To Rome with Love". The main hypothesis is that Warhol's 15 Minutes of fame are made reality for many people with the aid of the media.
