Die vorliegende Arbeit beschreibt anhand von vier ausgewählten und in der Praxis erforschten Implementierungsmodellen, wie die Methode Evidence-based practice (EBP) Eingang in die Realität der Pflege finden kann, damit Patienten eine pflegerisch ausgezeichnete und individuelle Betreuung erfahren. Das Konzept EBP ermöglicht eine Verbesserung der Pflegepraxis durch die Integration von wissenschaftlicher Forschung, klinischer Expertise, Patientenpräferenzen und den lokalen Daten bei der individuellen Entscheidungsfindung der Pflegenden. Nach der Beschreibung des EBP Prozesses und der vier erprobten Modelle und Rahmenwerke erfolgte deren Gegenüberstellung anhand ihrer Hauptmerkmale. Die von Rycroft-Malone und Bucknall (2010b) erstellten Kriterien für die Beurteilung von Modellen und Rahmenwerke wurden in Dimensionen und Unterdimensionen unterteilt, anhand derer die Gegenüberstellung erfolgte. Ergebnisse zeigen, dass für eine erfolgreiche Implementierung von EBP in die Realität der Pflege unterschiedliche Modelle und Rahmenwerke bedeutend sind, da sie wichtige Komponenten und Informationen identifizieren, die beim Implementierungsprozess von EBP in den Ebenen des Gesundheitssystems essenziell sind. Damit werden Anwendungsmöglichkeiten für die Praxis aufgezeigt um den komplexen, von Ressourcen und Kontext abhängigen Prozess der Implementierung von EBP möglich zu machen.

The present work describes on the basis of four well probed implementation-models, how Evidence-based practice (EBP) can find its way to patient care. This should ensure an optimal and individual care for the patients. The concept of EBP enables an improvement of the care experience by the integration of scientific research, clinical expertise, patient preferences and local data and should therefore help nurses in their decision making during the daily practice. The EBP process itself and four well probed models and frameworks were described first and afterwards compared on the basis of their main characteristics. The established criteria for the evaluation of models and frameworks, defined by Rycroft-Malone and Bucknall (2010b), were used to divide them into dimensions and sub-dimensions and to oppose them afterwards. The results show that variable models and frameworks are important for a successful implementation of EBP into the nursing practice. This is because of their ability to identify important components and information which are essential for the implementation of EBP into the health care system. For this reason practical applications were shown which enable the complex process of implementation of EBP depending on the capabilities and the context.
