Das Ziel der vorliegenden Diplomarbeit war es, einen AID 3-Info-Check zu entwickeln, welcher möglichst alle Inhalte des Manuals abdeckt und sowohl den theoretischen Hintergrund, als auch die konkrete Durchführung des AID 3 umfasst. Die Einsatzmöglichkeiten dieses Instrumentes liegen zum einen in der Selbstevaluierung im Rahmen von Fort- und Weiterbildungsangeboten zum AID 3, zum anderen in der theoretischen Prüfung innerhalb der Zertifizierung zum Testleiter. 100 Items, von denen 70 die Skala Testanweisung und 30 die Skala Theorie ab- bilden, wurden 44 Personen vorgegeben.
Als Rasch-Modell-Test wurde die dreifache Varianzanalyse der Form (A>B)xC mit einer gemischten Klassifikation angewendet. Der feste Faktor A (Bewertung) stellt ein Außenkriterium dar. Die Stufen des zufalligen in A eingenisteten Faktors B sind die Testpersonen; die Stufen des mit der Kombination (A>B) kreuzklas- sifizierten Faktors C die Items. Die Wechselwirkung zwischen den festen Faktoren A und C ist nicht signifikant, sodass Rasch-Modellgültigkeit angenommen wird. Einschränkend wird bemerkt, dass die Teststarke aufgrund der niedrigen Testpersonenanzahl sehr gering ist.

The aim of this study was to develop an AID 3-Info-Check, that includes as much content of the manual as possible and that covers both the theoretical background and the practical application of the AID 3. The field of application of this tool is on one hand a self evaluation as part of an advanced training and one the other hand a theoretical test within a certified qualification for being an administrator of the AID 3. 100 items were given to 44 participants. 70 of those items reflect the scale test administration and 30 items the scale theory. As a Rasch model test the three-way analysis of variance design (A>B)xC with a mixed classification was used. The factor A (performance appraisal) is a fixed group factor. The levels of the random factor B are the participants and the levels of the fixed factor C, which is cross-classified with the combination (AxC), are the items. The interaction effect AxC is not significant, so that the Rasch-model is accepted.
The limitation of this study is, that its power has to be considered as very low due to the small number of testees.
