Die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung eines Landes basiert auf die Entwicklung der lokalen
Human Resources. Verbesserung der Humanen Resources führt zur einer nachhaltigen
wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung. Eine gute Regierung formuliert ihre Ziele in Abhängigkeit von
der Entwicklung des Humankapitals eines Landes. In der heutigen Zeit ist
Humankapitalentwicklung durch Etablierung von Berufsbildung möglich und gleichzeitig die
Gründung von kleinen und mittelständischen Unternehmen. Dieses Modell bietet der
heutigen Jugend maximale Chancen sich in der Berufswelt zu etablieren. Das Modell der
Berufsbildung bietet moderne Methoden, praktische Fähigkeiten und soziale Integration an,
die wiederum eine nachhaltige wirtschaftliche Entwicklung erlaubt.
The Literaturanalyse führt zum Ergebnis, dass Berufsausbildung der Jugend zu einer
erhöhten Produktivität der Wirtschaft führt. Das Forschungsprojekt dieser Arbeit hat sich
zum Ziel gemacht den Einfluss des österreichischen Bildungsmodels und die Etablierung von
kleinen und mittelständischen Unternehmen, in Georgien, Armenien und Albanien, auf die
nachhaltige wirtschaftliche Entwicklung zu untersuchen. Mit Hilfe des Modells von Bayes
wird der Einfluss auf die nachhaltige wirtschaftliche Entwicklung nachgewiesen und die
widersprüchlichen Faktoren analysiert.
GeNIe-Modellierer analysiert das aktuelle Wirtschaftswachstum und vergleicht es mit der
prognostizierten wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung durch die österreichische Berufsbildung. Das
Modell liefert auch Informationen über die Faktoren, die für die Verbesserung der
nachhaltigen wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung in Georgien, Armenien und Albanien von
entscheidender Bedeutung sind. Am Ende wird die vorliegende Studie Empfehlungen für
notwendige Reformen in den jeweiligem Bildungssystem unter Berücksichtigung der
österreichischen Berufsbildung für eine nachhaltige Wirtschaftsentwicklung in Georgien,
Armenien und Albanien und der europäischen Region geben.

The core of the economic development of a country lies in Human Development. Improved
Human Development leads to the sustainable economic development of a country. A good
government always formulate its policies based on the importance of Human Development.
In the modern era, Human Development is only possible by integrating Vocational Education
Training and establishment of SMEs to offer maximum opportunities to the youth.
Vocational Education Training provides modern education, employment skills and social
inclusion to young people to ensure they actively participate in the sustainable economic
development.
The literature review has revealed that vocational education training is directed to provide
proper education and training to the youth to increase their productivity in the economic
fields. The current research project is aimed to test, quantify and predict the impact of
Austrian VET and the establishment of SMEs on the sustainable economic development in
Georgia. A Bayesian model is developed to show the consistency of sustainable development
goals and to find the conflicting factors. In addition to these, based on the models we
determine the limitations of the inconsistency in the sustainable development goals and
conclude the success of Austrian VET in the accomplishment of sustainable development
goals.
GeNIe modeler analyzes the current economic growth with and compares it with the
predicted economic development through Austrian VET. The model also provides
information about the factors that are vital to improving the sustainable economic
development in Georgia. In the end, the present research will make recommendations for
necessary reforms in the Georgian education system considering Austrian VET for
sustainable economic development in Georgia and the European region.
