Im Zuge der vorliegenden Diplomarbeit wurde ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von
α-Alkoxyketonen durch Reaktion von Weinreb Amiden mit Lithium Carbenoiden entwickelt. Dabei wurden verschiedene aliphatische und aromatische Weinreb Amide mit Lithium Carbenoiden, hergestellt aus (Chlormethyl)methylether, (Chlormethyl)ethylether oder (Chlormethyl)menthylether umgesetzt.

In the course of this thesis a protocol for the synthesis of α-oxyketones through the reaction between Weinreb amides with lithium carbenoids was developed. In this process different aliphatic and aromatic Weinreb amides were converted with lithium carbenoids, obtained from chloromethyl methyl ether, chloromethy ethyl ether or chloromethyl menthyl ether.
