KKK 2825 sagt uns: „Wir bitten unseren Vater, unseren Willen mit dem seines Sohnes zu vereinen, damit wir seinen Willen, den Ratschluss des Heiles für das Leben der Welt, erfüllen.“. Aber was heißt das eigentlich, Vereinigung unseres Willens mit dem Willen Christi, bzw. mit dem Willen Gottes? Kann man überhaupt eigenen Willen mit dem Willen Gottes vereinen und was heißt das konkret? Diese Arbeit versucht eine Antwort auf diese Fragen zu geben, und zwar durch die öffentliche Offenbarung, nämlich die Heilige Schrift und durch die Privatoffenbarungen einer italienischen Mystikerin und Dienerin Gottes Luisa Piccarreta. Das Zentrum ihrer Privatoffenbarungen sind die Ausführungen über die sogenannte ‚Gabe des Lebens im göttlichen Willen‘, die einen zur vollkommenen Einheit des Willens mit dem Willen Gottes führen. Im ersten Teil, wo die Vereinigung des menschlichen mit dem Göttlichen Willen in der Heiligen Schrift unter dreifacher Hinsicht betrachtet wird (Wille Gottes als Gesetzt, Heiligung und sein souveräner Wille), wird gezeigt, dass nichts dagegen spricht, dass der Mensch seinen Willen, mit dem Willen Gottes vereinen könnte. Im etwas komplexerem, zweiten Teil, wird durch die Privatoffenbarungen Luisa Piccarretas entdeckt, zur welch erhabenen Gnade Gott den Menschen durch die Vereinigung seines Willens, mit dem Willen Gottes, mittels der Gabe des Lebens im göttlichen Willen berufen hat. Außer dem Beitrag zum Thema „Vereinigung mit dem Willen Gottes“, ist das Anliegen dieser Arbeit, angesichts des laufenden Seligsprechungsprozesses Luisa Piccarretas, auch einen theologischen Beitrag zu ihrer Causa und ihren Schriften, die eine wachsende Rezeption erleben zu leisten

Catechism of the Catholic Church 2825 teaches us: “We ask our Father to unite our will to his Son's, in order to fulfill his will, his plan of salvation for the life of the world.” But what does this actually mean, to unite our will with the will of Christ, or with the will of God? Can one in fact unite his own will with the will of God, and what does this mean in specific? This thesis tries to give an answer to this question, on the one hand through public revelation, namely Holy Scripture; and on the other hand, through private revelations of Italian mystic and servant of God, Luisa Piccarreta. The center of her private revelations is so called ‘gift of living in the Divine Will’, which should lead to full union with the will of God. In first part, where the union of men´s will with the will of God is being considered under three aspects (God´s Will as a law, sanctification and Gods sovereign Will), is shown that there is nothing contrary to consider the full union with the Will of God to be possible. In somewhat more complex second part, through the private revelations of Luisa Piccarreta, we discover to which exalted graces God calls man in uniting his will with Gods Will; by means of gift of the living in the Divine Will. Besides contribution to the Theme “Union with the Will of God”, this thesis also attempts to make a theological contribution to the writings of servant of God Luisa Piccarreta, which experience growing reception, and to her opened cause for beatification.
