Die vorliegende Literaturarbeit befasst sich mit der chemischen Zusammensetzung, der biologischen Aktivität, der pharmakologischen Wirkung und Anwendung von unterschiedlichen Ölen der Hanfpflanze (Cannabis sativa L. und Cannabis indica Lam.), die seit der antiken China als Arzneipflanze fungiert. Die hier beschriebenen Öle der Hanfpflanze sind: ätherisches Hanföl, Hanfsamenöl (fettes Hanföl) und Cannabisöl (Haschischöl), die je nach Unterart und verwendetem Teil des Hanfes in ihrer Zusammensetzung variieren. Somit werden sie auch in ihrer Indikation voneinander unterschieden. Hanfwasser (Hanfblattwasserextrakt; Hanf-Hydrolat) besitzt entzündungshemmende und entspannende Eigenschaften. Cannabinoide (Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, Cannabidiol), Terpene (Mono- und Sesquiterpene) und ungesättigte Fettsäuren (Omega-3-, Omega-6- Fettsäuren) sind die pharmakologisch relevanten Wirkstoffe im Hanf. Die psychoaktiven, analgetischen, antiepileptischen, anxiolytischen und antiinflammatorischen Effekte werden den Cannabinoiden zugeschrieben. Die duftgebenden Terpene im ätherischen Hanföl wirken bakterizid, viruzid, fungizid, stimulierend und insektizid. Das ätherische Hanföl wird auch als Aromastoff in Lebensmitteln und in Kosmetika eingesetzt. Das fette Hanföl aus den Samen hingegen löst antirheumatische, antioxidative und lipidsenkende Wirkungen aus. Die Öle der Hanfpflanze werden oral oder inhalativ appliziert und bei Erkrankungen wie Multipler Sklerose, Nervenleiden, Appetitlosigkeit, chronischen Schmerzen, die auf keine andere Therapie mehr ansprechen, Erbrechen, Übelkeit bei Krebs- und AIDS-Patienten und bei Erkrankungen des Immunsystems indiziert. Zu den neuesten Indikationen von Cannabinoiden zählt auch die SARS-CoV-2-Infektion. Diese Abhandlung dient als Übersicht der gegenwärtigen Literatur bezüglich der Inhaltstoffe, Wirkungen und Anwendungsgebiete der Öle der Hanfpflanze.

The present literature work deals with the chemical composition, biological activity, pharmacological action and application of different oils of the hemp plant (Cannabis sativa L. and Cannabis indica Lam.), which has been a medicinal plant since ancient China. The oils of the hemp plant described are: essential hemp oil, hemp seed oil (fatty hemp oil) and cannabis oil (hash oil) which vary in composition depending on the subspecies and the part of the hemp used. Thus, they are also distinguished from each other in their indication. Hemp water (hemp leaf water extract; hemp hydrolate), has anti-inflammatory and relaxing properties. Cannabinoids (delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, cannabidiol), terpenes (mono- and sesquiterpenes) and unsaturated fatty acids (omega-3, omega-6 fatty acids) are the pharmacologically relevant active substances in hemp. The psychoactive, analgesic, antiepileptic, anxiolytic and anti-inflammatory effects are attributed to cannabinoids. The scent-giving terpenes in hemp essential oil have bactericidal, virucidal, fungicidal, stimulant and insecticidal effects. Essential hemp oil is also used as a flavouring agent in food and in cosmetics. Fatty hemp oil from the seeds, on the other hand, triggers anti-rheumatic, antioxidant and lipid-lowering effects. The oils of the hemp plant are applied orally or by inhalation and are indicated for diseases such as multiple sclerosis, nervous disorders, loss of appetite, chronic pain that no longer responds to any other therapy, vomiting, nausea in cancer and AIDS patients and in diseases of the immune system. Recent indications for cannabinoids include SARS-CoV-2 infection. This paper serves as a review of the current literature regarding the constituents, effects and applications of the oils of the hemp plant.
