Die Masterarbeit behandelt die Frage, wie die Supply Chain Responsibility von Unternehmen zu übernehmen ist. Es zeigt sich, dass diese im Schnittpunkt von individueller, kollektiver und kollaborativer moralischer Verantwortung zu verorten ist. Eine deontologische Verpflichtung zur Einhaltung von moralischem Verhalten ist von allen beteiligten Agents (Mitarbeiter*innen, Manager*innen, aber auch Partnerunternehmen) einzufordern.

The topic of this Master’s thesis is “Supply Chain Responsibility" and the result is that it can be located at the intersection between individual, collective, and collaborative moral responsibility. It is a deontological approach which helps companies to fulfil the Supply Chain Responsibility - every agent (employee, manager, suppliers) have to secure a morally good behaviour.
