Die Basis des Forschungsinteresses ist der Mensch im Umgang mit neuen
Medien, das Erlernen einer neuen Technologie. Die vorliegende Arbeit fokussiert sich auf den regressiven Strategien des Wissenserwerbs und der Wirklichkeitsbewältigung. Dabei spreche ich von einer imaginativen Leistung der Decodierung von Informationen, von Imaginatio. Mein Anspruch ist nachzuweisen, dass Regression selbstverständlicher Teil menschlicher Kommunikation ist und damit Basis, wie wir die Wirklichkeit durch Imagination bewältigen.
Abstract

The core interest of this thesis is perception of new media, learning a new technology in an organization. The following bandwidth of perzeption can be sketched: We deepen in the subject and understand the technology quasi from the inside or we dissociate ourselves from their new dimensions and make ourselves supported by far a picture, by our ideas and conceptions. This thesis sets on this second, regressiven strategy of the knowledge acquisition and the experience of reality. I speak of an imaginativen performance of decoding information, of "Imaginatio". My requirement is to proven that regression is a natural part of interpersonal communication and thus base, how we experience reality by imagination. For knowledge acquisition this findings have serious effects in network communication of organizations. First I take up regressive tendencies in our culture in chapter 1. In chapter 2 aspects of communication are lit up, on the basis of individual knowledge transfer up to the collectively interaction within organizational networks. In chapter 3 I explain the different aspects of network communication (context variables), based on the theories of the previous chapters. Chapter 4 shows how we handle these chances and risks and closes with a view regarding regressive tendencies of the communication society.
