Diese Masterarbeit befasst sich mit der sozioökonomischen und ökonomistischen Bildung und vergleicht das Wirtschaftsverständnis von AHS- und HAK-Schüler:innen der zwölften Schulstufe. Deren Wirtschaftsverständnis wird einerseits mithilfe von Interviews von je 20 AHS- und HAK-Schüler:innen verglichen. Andererseits wird eine zweite Methode, die Lehrplananalyse nach Bohnsack (2021) der beiden Schulformen, Aufschluss über die Unterschiede zwischen den Lehr-Lern-Inhalten der beiden Schultypen im Hinblick auf die Ausrichtungen ökonomischer Bildung bieten. Die Annahme besteht darin, dass die AHS- Schüler:innen zu einem sozioökonomischen und die HAK-Schüler:innen zu einem ökonomistischen Wirtschaftsverständnis neigen. Dies beruht auf der Ausrichtung der beiden Schulformen, da die AHS eine allgemeine (ökonomische) Bildung bieten soll, mit Fokus auf die Gesellschaft, und die HAK hingegen Schüler:innen auf ökonomische Berufe vorbereitet, wobei „rein“ ökonomische Aspekte im Vordergrund stehen.

This master's thesis deals with socio-economic and economistic education and compares the economic understanding of AHS and HAK students in the twelfth grade. On the one hand, their understanding of economics is compared with the help of interviews with 20 AHS and 20 HAK students. On the other hand, a second method, the curriculum analysis according to Bohnsack (2021) of the two types of schools, will provide information on the differences between the teaching-learning content of the two types of schools with regard to the orientation of economic education. The assumption is that AHS students tend to have a socio-economic understanding of economics and HAK students tend to have an economic understanding of economics. This is based on the orientation of the two types of school, as the AHS is intended to offer a general (economic) education focussing on society, while the HAK, on the other hand, prepares students for economic professions, with “purely” economic aspects taking centre stage.
