Gegenstand der vorliegenden Diplomarbeit ist die Untersuchung wechselseitiger Anschlussstellen in den Bildungskonzepten Globales Lernen sowie Kommunikation und Soziale Kompetenz (KoSo®) und die Herausarbeitung spezifischer Elemente aus Kommunikation und Soziale Kompetenz, die sich für eine Verwendung im Globalen Lernen eignen. Diese Arbeit will ein Beitrag zur Praxisforschung des Globalen Lernens sein.

This master thesis deals with the connectivity of Global Education and Communication and Social Competency and discusses elements of the latter that can be used in the context of Global Education activities. Global Education refers to pedagogical concepts which deal with globalisation and its challenges. Communication and Social Competency is an educational concept and a methodology based on systemic and constructivist approaches to learning. A range of elements derived from Communication and Social Competency can be considered as useful in Global Education activities. The focus is on exercises that enable learners to deepen their understanding of themselves and their close environment, highlighting the elements‘ connections to main goals of Global Education.
